§ 14-153. Appeal to superior court.

Any person affected by an order issued by the county administrator under this article may appeal to the superior court as provided in O.C.G.A. § 41-2-13, however, such person shall present such petition to the court within 15 days of the posting and service of the order of the county administrator.
