§ 14-132. Final plan specifications.

(a)

Final developmental site plan requirements. The final plan shall conform to and meet the specifications of the preliminary plan with the following additions:

(1)

The final plan shall be clearly and legibly drawn in permanent ink;

(2)

The name of the development, exact locations, widths, and names of all streets within and immediately adjoining the development;

(3)

Location, dimensions, and purposes of any easements and any areas to be reserved for common use;

(4)

A statement, either directly on the plan or in an identified attached document, of any private covenants;

(5)

In addition to the requirements shown, all plans for development shall conform to all state law requirements for recording of maps and developmental site plans/plats. (These requirements are currently set forth in the O.C.G.A. section 15-6-67);

(6)

The final plan shall clearly show the area for location of each recreational park trailer/ recreational vehicle on all lots, and shall clearly indicate required building setback lines;

(7)

The following certification:

A certificate of approval on the final developmental site plan by the planning commission, directly on the plan, as follows:

"Pursuant to the Recreational Park Trailer/Recreational Vehicle Regulations of White County, Georgia, all the requirements of approval having been fulfilled, this final plan was given final approval by the White County Planning Commission.
