§ 503. Application for preliminary plat approval.

  • The purpose of this section is to ensure compliance with the basic design concepts and improvement requirements of subdivisions through the submittal of a preliminary plat. Any subdivision of lots greater than three or involving a new private street shall require the submission of a preliminary plat to the administrative officer for review by the plan review committee.

    Applications for preliminary plat approval shall meet the requirements of table 5.1.
